QEEPP | Framework usage, attribution, and protection

Open Framework License

The QEEPP framework, built around Quality, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Performance, and Productivity, is published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.


What This Allows

Individuals and organizations may reference the framework, apply it within internal transformation initiatives, cite it in research or presentations, and build on its ideas with appropriate attribution to the author and qeepp.com.


Reserved Components

The QEEPP assessment methodology, structured scoring approaches, diagnostic tools, visual models, implementation guidance, questionnaires, software, and associated transformation instruments remain the intellectual property of the author and are not included in the open framework license.

Individuals and organizations may use and share these components with appropriate attribution, including in internal and external communications, presentations, and assessment reporting. However, they may not remove attribution, claim authorship, relicense them as their own, or sell, license, package, or commercialize them as standalone products, services, or proprietary assets without prior written permission.


Brand and Model Names

QEEPP, QEEPP Starfish, QEEPP Radar, QEEPP Trends, QEEPP Matrix, QEEPP Cube, and associated model names and logos are brand identifiers of the QEEPP framework. Their use in commercial offerings, certifications, packaged services, or branded derivative products requires authorization.
