QEEPP Assessment
The QEEPP assessment is a recurring structural assessment used to evaluate transformation structural integrity, identify imbalance, and guide disciplined progression from stability to scale.
Assess each checklist element using the five maturity states. Each dimension score is populated automatically using the lowest checklist level in that group. Manual score adjustment is enabled only when all five checklist elements for that dimension are at Defined or above.
